Each 1 Gallon Jug Makes 5 Gallons of Premium Italian Ice.
To make two 2.5 gallon tubs: Pour 1 gallon of Premium Italian Ice Base into your batch freezer, add 5 lbs. of sugar and 4 gallons of water.
(If using Neutral Base instead of sugar: Use 1 gallon of Premium Italian Ice Base, 1/2 gallon of Neutral Base and 3 1/2 gallons of water.)
To make one 2.5 gallon tub: Pour 1/2 gallon of Premium Italian Ice Base into your batch freezer, add 2 1/2 lbs. of sugar and 2 gallons of water. (Premix base, sugar and water in an empty 2.5 gallon bucket, then pour into your batch freezer.)
(If using Neutral Base instead of sugar: Use 1/2 gallon of Premium Italian Ice Base, 1/4 gallon of Neutral Base and 1 3/4 gallons of water.)
